Public Parks Maintenance and Improvements

The Public Works Department schedules routine maintenance in the parks throughout the year and at times makes improvements to existing facilities. The public parks in Corte Madera include:
  • Town Park
  • San Clemente Park
  • Granada Park
  • Menke Park
  • Skunk Hollow Park

Upcoming Work in the Town's Public Parks

  • Town Park - Restrooms: The Town Park restrooms will be closed 9/13 and 9/14 to repair a valve leak at the entrance.  Temporary facilities are in place.
  • Town Park Playground - sandbox: The sand at Town Park Playground has been removed due to broken glass, and bark has been placed there while staff waits for new sand to be delivered. New sand must be "certified dustless" for children's safety, and is difficult to source. We appreciate your patience with this repair. Routine maintenance activities for other areas will occur on a rotating schedule. Some portions of turf are closed for maintenance.
  • Skunk Hollow Park: Routine maintenance activities will occur on a rotating schedule.
  • San Clemente Park:  Routine maintenance activities will occur on a rotating schedule. Some portions of turf are closed for maintenance
