Yoga Meets Mindfulness & Meditation Grades 3rd-5th

From active kids to young athletes, this class will focus on bringing balance, proper alignment and core strength through cross training and yoga postures, to strengthen the body, and improve concentration skills while having fun!Your child will gain new skills, an increased awareness of the body, and the ability to use focused breathing to relieve and release emotions to encourage problem solving both on the court, on the field, or in the classroom. Comfortable work out attire is suggested.
